ACCEPTANCE

By registering or using any service of the ITW ecosystem, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using our platforms.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ECOSYSTEM

ITW is a multi-platform digital ecosystem with integrated artificial intelligence, designed to scale businesses through secure, automated and certified solutions. It includes the following applications:

• IT Store: automated e-commerce platform that allows you to sell products in a certified and secure way.
• IT Deal: business social network that connects merchants and dealers in a verified community.
• IT Trade: algorithmic trading platform that allows you to connect broker accounts and operate through configurable bots.

PERMITTED USE

The user agrees to:

• Use the platform in accordance with the law and these Terms.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Not use the services for illicit, fraudulent or money laundering activities.
• Respect the rules of digital coexistence and intellectual property.
• Avoid the use of unauthorized bots, scripts or automations.

ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Each user is responsible for the information provided and the actions taken with their account. ITW may suspend or delete accounts that violate policies or represent fraud risk.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, logos, algorithms, source code and documentation belong to ITW and are protected by copyright and industrial property laws.

SPECIFIC SERVICES

• IT Store: ITW is not responsible for the content or quality of products sold by third parties, but guarantees identity certification and transactional security.
• IT Deal: ITW facilitates contact between users, without intervening in direct agreements or negotiations.
• IT Trade: the user is responsible for configuring their bot and the inherent investment risk. ITW does not act as a broker or investment advisor.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ITW will not be responsible for losses derived from technical failures, service interruptions, connection errors, investment decisions or breaches between users. The user acknowledges that digital investments and transactions carry risks, and that the responsibility for use rests exclusively with them.

MODIFICATIONS

ITW may update this policy at any time, notifying changes through the platform or email. Continued use implies acceptance of the modifications.

APPLICABLE JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Santiago de Cali.
